It was established in 1987. Presently it has 2 sections from class I to X and 1 sections each from class XI and XII for Science & Commerce Stream. As for classes XI and XII, the Vidyalaya has 1 sections in Science stream since session 2004-05 and 1 section in Commerce since session 2006-07, IP has also been introduced as an additional subject since session 2007 - 08. There is a library, housing about 10,000 books. There are fully equipped laboratories in Physics, Chemistry, & Biology. The Vidyalaya is proud to have 2 computer Labs with 40 Computers, 01 LCD Projectors, 01 Television, 01 Scanner and several other accessories. There are 2 Basketball courts (under construction, which will be completed by the end of October 2009), Kho-Kho & Kabadi fields & 1 Volleyball court. There is a team of 35 dedicated and devoted teachers, who are at all times tuning and guiding the pupils towards their success. Every year the Vidyalaya produces many scholars who enter into prestigious engineering & medical colleges in India
